That was a few months ago. The guy became somewhat internet famous for being stupid and trying to lay blame on RAM and the dealership salesman that told him the truck he was buying would haul all his shit. He never bothered to check the truck tow/haul capacity label or break open the owners manual and read on how to center the camper weight distribution to the truck.

Probably full gray/black tanks, extra crap thrown in right at the door etc.. Plus have we not all heard about the dynamics of crap mounted off the back, like those two electric bikes.
I wonder if those recovery boards on top are rated for that setup?

If anything, that is a testament to the truck actually holding up at least temporarily past the margins it was rated for.

Below is a link to an article showing the final conclusion of his insurance covering the frame replacement and then he sold it and is looking at a Ram 5500 chassis cab setup for his camper now. I do not think he ever took any responsibility for it other than inferring he was hoodwinked somehow.
