Yes, wheel weights are a commodity item. Finding weights just like what came on the wheels should be easy. Calling them OEM, that just gives you the results of this thread.

I haven't read through what I imagine is 5 glorious pages on the topic of wheel weights but I managed a tire shop and the most common cases are tires seating after the initial install (so one more balance at a few hundred and then good to go) or horrible wear on AT/MT tires that no balancing is going to fix the ride.How do rough roads "throw them out of balance"?
I've never had to re-balance a wheel/tire that was properly balanced to begin with, but maybe my experience isn't typical. I also mark my weight locations, so if I loose a weight I can simply replace it. I've never lost a stick-on or clip-on weight, but I have had clip-on weights pushed out of place by rock contact.
Also, IMO, the factory weight are horrible looking and look out of place on my mostly black wheels. That's why my tire installer offers both silver and black weights:
I am quite curious. What are you going to do with the wheel weights, now that you have them? Do you balance your own wheels? Are you going to take the weights to the tire shop and insist they use only your weights when balancing the wheels?
