Oil additive for the 3.6L work

I had a 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie with the 3.6L Pentastar. First, it is simply a great engine. I changed the oil every 4,500 to 5,000 miles and used Risoline in every change. Then I used Marvel Mystery Oil in the gas tank every other fill up - just a couple of ounces. The motor had 197,000 miles on it and ran strong with no loss of compression. I’m doing the same now in my 2023 Ram with the 5.7L Hemi.
