258, a great naturally aspirated engine. I rebuilt it at one point and it got me through grad school. Didn't do much else to it. Rebuilt the carb a couple of times, and kept the wheel bearings greased and it had zyrk fittings throughout, so easy to maintain. I had it for 15 years.Another fantastic image. Itās a beautiful CJ. What was it a 232, 258 or the v8? Goodrich tyres. Amazing. History repeating in the current era.
