Opinions on cap color

Went on the Leer website but found it difficult to find the exact cap that would fit my Glad.

What is the model posted by the OP?

White! Stays cooler. If you want it warmer, go black.

Always bet on black. If you want white, you'll need to paint the top and make it white.

Another option would be white, but also paint the "sideburns" white to match.

Ours is like the first photo, white cap with black hardtop. I chose white because it's cooler in the sun, and I have camped under the cap several times. (Barely fit on a diagonal!)

IMO, black looks better...BUT...location and use would drive my decision. Since you are located in the NE, the black will probably be OK functionally. I'm in south AL...I wouldn't do black down here in da sowth.

The white on white looks good as well. I agree with matching hard tops and bed caps. It’s a good look. I plan on going Gobi for both when I get my final cap on.

Looks good, yea I figured the black was best, but wanted to run a opinion thread to make sure it was the right choice as the white cap was kinda a mind warp looking at it.

Black “looks” better. White will perform better depending on what you are putting in the bed. If it was me, I would buy the white and paint the top.

That's a thought too I do like the all white version... ugh now I'm torn again

Another vote for the black bed cap on your rig. Color matched bed cap only if you have the painted hardtop.
