Finally have my first issue with the Oracle Flush Mount taillights. I was in the pre-order for them, so I have had them since they released. Noticed today when backing into the parking spot at work that my passenger side running/ brake/ turn light is flashing full brightness and blinking. Anyone with newer sets having issues still? I've loved these since I got them but I don't wanna buy another set if they are gonna mess up again.

Message them here - they extended the warranty on the pre-order units. I also was a pre-order customer.

Their warranty is handled via AI, so PMing oracle here will get you a real person.
They took care of me. Good luck 👍

Contact them they are great about honoring warranties. Its another reason why I purchase their products besides how good they look and function. I truly appreciate them always making things right with customers.

Mine have been flawless. I got the first batch of the black version and they had sorted out the gremlins by that point. I have a single LED out on the drivers side I noticed during my last alignment. Not a concern at the moment

Sadly it appears that they only extended the warranty on pre order units to the extent of 1 year from the date of delivery. So it appears that I'm just screwed and will be stuck buying a new pair or going a different route. I PMed them here as well and just got referred to the warranty link and that was about the extent so far as I haven't heard anything in a few days or so now on here from them. I like the look of them but with the cost and only a 1 year warranty I'm starting to leaning another way.

I got mine a few days ago (shipped really quick) along with the reverse lights and the tails went in easy. I knew it would make a big difference, but man, it looks like a real truck now. Those giant "butt warts" just......I mean, why Jeep?

Mine's an LED truck and everything worked fine, except, as soon as I turn the ignition on, I get the "Blind Spot Alert Unavailable........".

EDIT: My bad. I mixed up Blind Spot and reverse sensors. I just found an old post that confirmed that BSM is not supported by the Oracle LED lights. BSM is annoying to me, but I hate having something not working, that I didn't personally disable. The upside is hopefully they'll get me a new harness and I'll have the reverse spot/flood/eye burner lights.

Thing is though, unless that's something different, the 3 zone rear proximity sensers work fine. As I got the message I put it in reverse within a couple feet of another vehicle the warning popped up like normal. Unless it's the warning while driving and another vehicle gets too close??

The other issue is the reverse lights, I got the harness so I didn't need to splice, and after flipping it left to right, the long lead is no go. Hopefully they'll just send another. I hate to open it up to see if it's a simple connection (probably is).

UPDATE. It's been a while and pretty frustrating. Eventually got a replacement for the bad #1 harness. However, it won't connect to the harness and lock like the first (bad one) did just fine. Just to get a replacement it took more than it should have to get that done, and was asked get a detailed video as to what's wrong......a bad wire, or harness connector doesn't have anything to video. Eventually, I took pictures of lights on, and off. I won't even comment about that.

After 2 weeks or so, and 2nd bad harness (different issues) I ordered one from a 3rd party. Got it and......same connector issue as the replacement. The first one connected and locked to the trucks harness just fine (but had a bad lead), the next 2, not so much. I sent the one from the 3rd party back for a refund (funny, that was much quicker) and I've monkey rigged the one that has good wiring which I'm not happy with.

I bought the backup lights on a whim when buying taillights and I scolded myself for doing that. Live and learn...(I don't learn)

I'm too old to be jacking with this stuff, yet here I am. My wife will never understand me. ;)

Responded to your DM. We don't usually work weekends and this weekend, in particular, we were at the New Jersey Fall Jeep Invasion. We'll get to your message.

I am now having trouble with my tails and CS. They asked for a picture to show it was not working, so I sent one. Then they ask me to move the taillight to the other side to prove it is not working. The kicker is I got these as a gift when I bought my Gladiator and sooooo since I do not have a receipt they will not warranty them. Wanted me to ask for a receipt from my friend and I think that is silly. There should be a way to track these bad lights from a serial number or batch code. These have been on my truck under a year now and will be going in the trash.

What is the next best thing out there?

Totally understand the frustration, but this is a very common warranty practice across the industry. If your buddy purchased the lights for you, that proof of purchase is how we can verify the product came directly from an authorized seller and isn’t one of the many counterfeit or gray-market versions floating around. We’ve seen a huge increase in knockoffs lately — in fact, we just won a pretty major IP dispute against a company copying our Vector Grille design. That’s exactly why we require receipts: to protect genuine customers and make sure they’re getting the real deal (and the full support that comes with it).

If your friend still has the order confirmation or invoice, that’s all we’d need to get the warranty rolling. Totally get that it feels like a hassle, but it’s the best way to make sure we’re helping the right customers and keeping the fakes off the road.

You guys were awesome to deal with. Granted the last time, more pics were requested. But issues I had were solved.
