Just went back and forth with the Oracle customer service dept. on a third set of replacement taillights on my 2020 Rubicon, no go, the 2 year warranty is from the date of the original purchase! Looking at other options, but most of them don't have accommodations for the blind spot monitoring, or they say "Not for LED equipped vehicles" One that I looked at didn't say anything about the blind spot, but I could see the holder for it in the inside picture of the light???

I don't see why ppl changing the oem lights LOL the oem lights are freakin' sweet.
For me, I like the look of the flush mount over the OEM. The OEM’s are timeless Jeep to me, and do look good.
Pretty sure you guys aren't talking about my 2025 halogens. These look kind of like they said "oh shit, we forgot taillights! Quick, throw something on there!"

I love the look of flush mounts, but with all the problems people have I can't bring myself to switch.

This is strange. I’ve had a good experience with their customer service, but it sounds like you have not.

I’m right there with you on that. If they ever quit standing behind their product, I won’t buy replacements from them. Hopefully someone else will have a pair out by then.

The customer service has been great, until now… My original purchase was in 2022, they replaced them in 2023 and 2024, but no more as the warranty is 2 years from the original purchase date. Basically these $500 lights are lasting about 1 year and then…. dead!!! I'm not going to spend that much money on a pair of taillights that will only last a year! I thought maybe after the second replacement set they would have figured out the problem… guess I was wrong. Looking for a less expensive alternative??? Any suggestions???

Amazon has some Chinesium ones. Probably same quality, but much cheaper at least.

The ones that copy the flush mount design don't accommodate the blind spot monitoring, as a matter of fact very few of them flush mount or otherwise have accommodations for the BSM function.

I have been dealing with a strip out on my Oracle LH rear. They are over 2 years old so I am SOL for help from them on purchasing a replacement at a discounted rate.
I like the profile of the lights but LEDs should be an upgrade as far as reliability but these are definitely not.
I may go with the Amazon replacements my self.
If I do I will post up some side by side pictures of the new light compaired to my single working Oracle

Oracle hands down has stood by their product for me. I was well out of warranty and I sent a very polite email inquiring what options did I have for replacement. I never demanded anything andI never had to go back and forth. They offered a replacement immediately without hesitation that was shipped fedex and arrived 2 days later on a Sunday no less!!. Definitely understand the frustration of others with having to get replacements for what is a pricey product due to failure but the process to get a replacement could not have been easier and person I dealt with could not have been any friendlier and efficient. Thanks Oracle. ,

My Internal screws for the taillights rotted out. I had to tape where the BSM module is mounted. It was over 2yrs, & Oracle offered a 20% discount after reaching out to support. I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. Their price points are too high for only a 2yr use time before deterioration.

Oracle had a problem with hardware that prematurely rusted.. They owned it and they were at no cost sending out replacement hardware. I received new hardware. Did you ask for replacement hardware?

I did ask. I sent my receipt after they asked purchase date, and then offered the discount since I was 27 months since purchase.
