Oracle led taillights one side not working?

Hey folks I brought my gladiator and installed the Oracle Led taillights. Have had them on for about an year.
Well today one side is working and the other side is not? Have you folks had issues with these led tails going bad around the one year mark?

It's kind of a known problem with the taillights. From what I understand Oracle usually makes it right. Being that you had them in for a year may make a difference, warranty - wise.

I had a similar problem and it seemed to be a problem with the resistors that are used for the Jeeps set for Halogens.
I ended up buying a Taser and switching the settings to LED and the Oracles started working again. I did later get one that suddenly died and it required a swap out. Two years in and I've had a couple of individual LEDs go dark. The LED strip on the other side has come loose inside the housing and is laying against the inside of the lens but is still working. One day, I'll pull it apart and glue it back down.

Yes, I lost my right side taillight at right about a year as well. I contacted Oracle and they warrantied it immediately.

I have the LED tail lights and bumper reverse lights. I installed them about 8 months ago and they worked like a champ until last week. All reverse lights flash when in reverse. Fortunately, I saved the Mickey Mouse halogens and swapped them out. I’m working with Oracle to figure this out. To Oracles credit, they seem sincere about finding a resolution.

Just a quick update folks. @ORACLElights customer service was awesome to work with. They shipped me a new right taillight today. Glad they stand behind their products and were awesome to work with. I will continue to recommend their products and also buy from them.
Hopefully the new one has the kinks worked out. But I absolutely love how they look and perform with light output.

Mine lasted a little longer than a year but I bought them used from marketplace. Luckily I still had my factory leds. Great looking and functioning lights but poor longevity.

I had some on my JLU and they were good, but they replaced the non LED taillight. At night I always had a rolling line in reverse at night. Wasn't a big deal at all. What I liked about them was how flush they were. The Gladiators are not as flush, plus I have the LED's now so I'm not sure I will replace the stock ones. I also like knowing the stock ones work well with all my fancy nanny systems.
