Oracle tail lights install

I did a lot of reading in here on which flush mount tail lights seem to look the best. Settled on Oracle as I just didn't like the other designs. I'm aware of a potential quality control issue some have.

I read somewhere else in here where they got a rubber gasket off Amazon to help seal around the lights. So I went the same route and glad I did. These look killer and having the gasket around the edge just makes them look more "they belong there look".

I was curious if some who bought there's used the resister. I didn't and just set the tail lights to led using jscan. However the ones I got came with 2 resisters which I hadn't seen anyone mention. The normal resisters for halogen lights and a set of resisters for reverse lights. Maybe a quality of life improvement?

I really do like the design of these, and agree, they do look the best for a flush-mount, IMO.

Pretty easy to put on. Had to cut a slit at the corners so it lays down better.

First, the Gladiator looks great!! Well done. We publish on our website, "Factory halogen equipped Jeeps may experience issues such as reverse lights strobing or shutting down. If this occurs, please be sure to connect the included resistors per the included diagram." So, these are only needed if that is occurring to your vehicle. I would suggest to jeep them in an easily accessible location that you will remember where you put them and use them if needed.

I have always hate the gap they leave, Just ordered the seal.

I now have rubber seals on my Oracle tails. I love the lights just
not the gapping unfinished look.

The photo was taken before I had Tightened everything up.
The seal is tight to the body now!

The resistors are to keep your turn signals from hyper flashing...... But Jscan should clear that up WITHOUT using the resistors. Had to use resistors on my C6 Vette when I went to LED Tails

Yes, that was me that started doing this and have mentioned it in several places, including in person when I happen to see someone with them. The wife and i both have Gladiators with these lights and the seal, and have yet to have an issue. I presented this to Oracle a while back and they seemed less than interested in the idea/fix and basically blew me off unfortunately.

I like the look of the rubber trim from Amazon you used. Do you think these will work for the OEM 2025 Jeep Gladiator tail lights? Anyone try this?
