Was this before or after you installed the leveling kit and all the suspension upgrades?
this was off the lot with only the Wheels/tires added no rubbing on normal driving

I ended up going with wrangler duratracs at the 275/65/18

I'm in the middle of deciding what to do with my Overland tires, are you happy with the duratracs after driving for 6 months? Did you end up keeping your suspension stock as well? Thanks!

I'm curious, are you still happy with stock suspension or did you ultimately decide to do a lift with the 35's? The pics from Nov look fantastic. Any idea how much the larger tires impacted the speedometer?

You do a re-gear for these? Any noticeable difference in drive ability with the trans or no?

have been satisfied with the duratracs. No issues at all over winter.
but I do kind of wish I went to a slightly taller tire. When the duratracs wear out, I mightgo for a rubicon suspension takeoff and some 34-35s

I appreciate the feedback, that's kind of what I'm afraid of if I don't just bite the bullet and invest upfront.

Nitto terra grappler g2 in a 295-70-18 aren’t e rated. If I could do it over again, that’s what I’d go with

Did this change the ride at all or does it feel about the same? It’s about 1.5” large diameter from the stock overland 18’s?

It feels more stable, it does make it a bit for stiffer, which I like.

Right now I have a 60 mile round trip commute, so I may keep it stock until we move in the next year or so, but then again that is a long time to have small tires.

Hey all, new to the Jeep gang and could use some wisdom here.

I have an Overland and I would like to keep the stock wheels. 1) for savings 2) I actually like the way they look.

I’m considering the Yoko geolandar g003 in either a 295 or 395/70R18. Ive read some good reviews and they are a great price plus the rebate at discount tire right now. I think they measure to 34.4x11.5 and 34.8x12 according to the site. (The 295s are more expensive for some reason)

Thoughts on either with rubbing and the necessity of a re-gear? Will I be hurting the trans at all or are y’all who have similar setups getting by just fine?

Thanks in advance!
I think you’re ok with either tire should work

I appreciate the feedback. I’ve been scrubbing the forum for insights and Nitto’s get consistent positive feedback (both the G2 Terra and the Ridge Grapplers). Still trying to decide between 295 vs 305, do you know if the 295 will fit without a suspension lift with no rubbing?

Picked up my Overland on 4/17. Doing heavy tire research now...my plan is to use existing rims (totally fine/very solid/like them - no need to change) and upgrade from AS to AT. It's not a daily driver - maybe 3,250 miles/year - so I'm considering Kumho Road Venture AT51 or Yokohama Geolander AT G015. I know the reviews and am processing all the relevant feedback.
