Cool but when are they gonna release that new green fuel so we never have to go EV?
so not in my lifetime. gotchaAs soon as the oil runs out.
I would love to tear down and rebuild something like this.I can just imagine how fun it'll be to work on an engine with those design features. Probably make a Bristol Hercules radial look maintenance friendly.
It's a Porsche, the most likely victim will be your wallet. And possibly your marriage after that. What could possibly go wrong?????
It is. And in Porsche fashion, needlessly complicated yet remarkably brilliant. Also in Porsche fashion, most likely that an oil change is an engine out service.Pretty brilliant really.
Issue with getting that to production was the infamous Fetzer valve shortage of 1987.It's an interesting idea but it makes my head spin a little. The video kind of reminds me of a Chrysler video from some years ago regarding developments in heavy duty transmissions.
It was well documented that the number 7 valve was prone to failures.Issue with getting that to production was the infamous Fetzer valve shortage of 1987.
I’ve had mine for 11 reliable years. But…never once took it blasting down a desert trail. Different animal for a different missionOur Porsche has been more reliable than my gladiator, by a far margin. Its older, has turbos, crazy suspension, and fast as hell.
