I contacted them through chat and they gave me my status. You could also contact your dealer.

I'm also on the chat and they seem pretty clueless right now on the order status or anything. I was told "I will get an email" regarding the status.

Now they came back and told me I'm in BX. Just took about 30 minutes of chat. She also said the response to the preorder was "tremendous!"

Just went back in, got a different rep and she confirmed BX status.

Totally depends on the operator you get. Many are clueless, some are really helpful. In the coming weeks we'll start to see posts of who the good and bad ones are

I use the chat on their website, like texting.

After days of waiting and being told there is nothing in Jeeps system I was finally told:
"The system is currently displaying that:
• The order has been accepted within the system and will be scheduled for build once there is allocation.
• Having allocation means that there is room in the schedule for the order.
• FCA's scheduling team can schedule orders out for up to 30 days to ensure there is enough demand to keep the line running.
The vehicle is currently in BX Status."

I still haven't received a call but I'm feeling better about my chances.
