Problem installing Baxter Oil Filter Adapter

I bought an oil filter adapter from Baxter and I have it all screwed in and ready for a filter, but I can’t screw the filter on because there is a mounting point for a bolt in the way. I am relatively new to this vehicle, so I guess the part is the throttle body and not the intake. Anybody seen this issue? Can I cut that bolt mount off? The truck is a 2023 JTR manual trans with the 3.6.

I know there is some trimming that has to be done for the install. I’d do some YouTube University research. I know I saw a video of Baxter doing an install on a 3.6 somewhere.
