Yes with more difficulty of course, hell's revenge really isn't that difficult you could do it pretty easy in a jtr Moab rim would be much harder I drug and scrapped a lot with a 4" lift and 38s

On a ADV bike last year, pretty easy, a stock jeep should be fine as long as it doesn't have touring tires, FYI FS permit required if camping.
