Radio volume fluctuating

Has anyone had their radio fluctuate volume on it's own? It'll happen usually when I have just stopped. Drive thru's - turn down music, and it just goes blast on it's own. Stop at a red light and music turns down on its own.

Its the 8.4" radio.

Yes mine does the same. I do have it set to go higher with increasing speeds,and even with that turned off it still lowers the volume some .

Both my 2020 and my 2022, with 8 4 inch do it. Super annoying. I also sometimes get a patterned "skipping", seems to mute for a few seconds, then back to normal, then mute... Doesn't matter if bluetooth, Sirius, fm, they all did it. Hasn't happened on my new one yet, but it's only been 600 miles. It always went away eventually on my last one. I even tried shut off vehicle, turn back on, it would still do it, and then mystically stop.

There's a setting for speed-sensing volume boost. Go into the settings app while stopped, then somewhere under the stereo settings. See if changing the setting helps

I always turn the speed adjusted volume off. It’s annoying

Mine changes volume when something from CarPlay kicks in even if the iPhone is muted. It hears that something should be sent, drops the volume but the iPhone sends nothing.
