Spacers don't give you any extra articulation, just height.

The Clayton is a full kit and easy to add onto.

I don't like the idea of brackets to fix geometry, versus really nice HD arms and bars.
I’m not sure which AEV he was speaking to but AEV does make the 2.5” dual sport lift which is a true spring lift and not spacers. Also easy to upgrade to HD arms and steering components as add ons. I think Clayton has a few other benefits and is a better lift but just saying the dual sport from AEV is a true lift kit. Its also Cheaper when you consider needing to purchase shocks for your Clayton lift or suffer using extension brackets.

Personally I’m eventually going to go Clayton as well.

He was responding to my question about the AEV 2” spacer lift. But thanks for your input also.

Haven't quite pulled the trigger yet. Have some Christmas gift cards to use up, and the dealership will install it next week when I take it in for another small issue. Basically... Whatever I can find in stock at the local 4wheelparts.com store in Carlisle Pa
Not on subject but my girlfriend is from Carlisle. Cool little town and the best pizza outside of NYC is there at Miseno’s.

no rub and tires stick out about 1.5” from the edge of the fenders. Haven’t had the chance to test the flex yet but it has surprisingly good on road manners.

We all know 37s look natural on Gladiators, but for some it’s more than what we want. 35s don’t require a lift on some models but people add lifts for various reasons. I’d like to see pics and read peoples reasons on why they got the lift and specs of that lift.

Looking forward to seeing your awesome builds.
The short cut to the barn involves a drainage ditch. Trails in CO (and elsewhere) are more fun/easier with a bit more belly clearance.
35s and Mopar 2” lift, at the property this weekend.

Do you have a side profile picture? Wheels look great.
I second this! Side profile pic if you have one would be great as I am really considering buying the AEV spacer lift. versus the teraflex leveling kit for the front only. Thanks!
not sure if this is what you mean. Sorry for the iPad pics.

Sorry, I meant the side view to see the front and rear height.
This is the best I have right now. First pic is before the lift with 35s. Second pic is after the lift. For the Mojave I think that as of right now the AEV lift is the best place to start. I wouldn’t mind stiffer springs at some point. I plan on going up to 37” tires next time so I think this lift and wheel combo will work perfectly.

If you buy the rims I have for sale you can put 35’s on a rubi no lift and its a fantastic setup
