I went on quadratec and man theres a lot of options. i work for mopar and can get them through work but everything is all around the same price for me which makes the decision harder.
Better hope Mopar doesn't catch wind of Your "mutinous ways" ! ;) :headbang: :lipssealed:

I have the Iron Cross step bars, and I'm very happy with them. A little different than the typical step bar and they seem like they are very well made.

Can I see what that looks like? Are you confident in them for off-road use? I’m mostly concerned about the two piece design
As for off road use, they're bolted on solid, and the extra piece gives you a pretty fair extra bit of armor. Short of full vehicle weight bashing off rocks, it's hard to imagine them not working as advertised.

Glancing and grinding side swipes, I don't think they'd blink. Parking lot idiot doors and carts will bounce.

I don't necessarily intend to use them in an extreme sense, but it's nice to know the armor is there just in case, and they give you full side protection for straight line rock shots to your rockers, doors, and especially hinges and rear flares. You still get crud up the side as you can see, but it's blown in, not a direct hit.

Oh, and they give you a nice low not always there step. That's a transformation compared to launching myself in and out of the Jeep. I just walk up into it now, you get the step up and duck in routine down pretty quick. Step out you have to throw your leg out past the slider if you don't want to muck up your pant leg, but again, you get the swing pretty fast.

I work in literally a dirt factory, those pics are it's natural state. Even if I wash it, one ride back in the yard returns it to normal. But that's what Jeeps are for! It's kind of fun, I have a mild off road park every day to drive through!

Why do you say that not offroading? I thought the AMP research was just like RSE that can take a beating as in they were rock sliders with steps no? I am considering the AMP Research because the RSE ones don't span the distance like AMP research does for the whole length of the truck right?
@SleepyJeep
No sir the AMP will not be a slider----just look at the warranty---going off road voids it. That's why I went with the Rock Slide Engineering GEN 3 steps. Much longer than Generations 1 & 2. Plus they fit much better. Previous versions have a gap at the back.

I'd love to show you a picture of mine's---but I still don't have my Jeep despite my 22 Oct 21 order date.
