What tire pressure does everyone run when taking long road trips. I have 35x12.5 x20 tires.

on a 35, you should probably start in the low-mid 30's for cold pressure. Start at 32-33psi cold and see what it climbs to after a highway run. If it gets into the 40s it will be like driving on basketballs.

Just got some baja boss ATs in 35x12.5 variant and went on a "road trip" to South Padre Island, about 85 miles one way at highway speeds. 30 psi (cold) up front and 25 out back felt just fine for the trip. Bumps and expansion joints on over passes were noticeable but still smooth. Jeep felt stable too, no weird swaying or anything like that during straight lines or around curves.

20" rims? Not much sidewall. start low@ 30. Did you find PSI recommendations on tire website for your GVWR?

Yeah that's what they can handle but some websites have a chart that gives you recommended pressures based on what weight they'll be carrying. It's a different list than that spec sheet you found.

Just do the chalk test. You don't even need chalk, just make sure the dirt from the road covers the whole tread.

Based on the tire and depending on the load rating and given the approximate GVWR of the Glad of 6000 lbs, it looks like 25-30PSI.

On long road trips, the killer for tires is heat build up due to underinflation. Not saying you should run max 80 psi, though! I think starting out with a cold psi in the upper 30's would put you in the low 40s psi range when things heated up. That's what I run on my 35s.

That's MAX psi at MAX load. Not running PSI with normal daily weight. Tire pressure should be adjusted for weight - more PSI for more weight. That's MAX - never run that.
