Sorry we have been vacant, priority has been on getting product out the door and my priorities have shifted to constantly working through supply chain issues. All hands on deck keeping parts moving. Our phone lines are always up and going and if you're dealing with a tech issue, that is always the fastest way to get help. 518-270-9822Has to be something with the kit, mine is pulling to the right as well. @Rock Krawler Suspension has been quiet on here for a long time, wish they would respond to some of these questions.
More than likely something needs grease, the easiest way to determine that is to isolate the noise by unbolting individual parts at a time like sway bar links, shocks, etc until you can isolate the culprit of the noise. This lift is killing me, found today when I got to work that when I shake the jeep, the rear is making a metal on rubber squeaking noise. Really starting to lose faith in this kit. Had a similar kit on my JK and never had an issue.
Unfortunately the shop I had the alignment done at didn't provide a spec sheet after, but assured me that it was within your (RK's) spec. Probably should go back and get that. So, Toyo M/T's ?? Yeah, that's what I'm running, damn it. As far as the noise goes, I was under it last night and found that the rear swaybar endlinks were the culprit ... added some grease and moved them around to spread the grease, reinstalled and noise is gone. Anytime, glad you found the noise.Unfortunately the shop I had the alignment done at didn't provide a spec sheet after, but assured me that it was within your (RK's) spec. Nice, I'll try that, Thanks !!Anytime, glad you found the noise.
The only thing I've found on Toyo MT's is to run 3-4 PSI more in the right front than the left front to fight the radial pull of that tire.
The DEF tank is 100% in the way of using a Pro X kit. If you were to relocate your DEF tank, there would be no foreseeable issues although it is untested. The current springs are not rated for the diesel's additional weight. We are currently working on diesel springs for 3", 4.5" and 1.5", in that order. Our budget boost systems will work without issue for a 1.5" lift front and rear.@Rock Krawler Suspension Any answers as to whether the Pro-X Rear cradle and arms work with the Ecodiesel?
Are these diesel springs, going to be able to handle a 1500lb payload? i know that the trucks arent rated for it but with 1 tons in canada i can get it cerified for a higher payload as long as the springs can support the weight. The DEF tank is 100% in the way of using a Pro X kit. Really? I didn't know you could get re-certified...I imagine that is a Provincial thing? Which Province are you in?but with 1 tons in canada i can get it cerified for a higher payload as long as the springs can support the weight.

BC, and yes you can apply get an inspection and have your GVWR increased depending on your axles ratings, tire ratings, wheel ratings, spring ratings, and increases in brakes as well. its a bit of a complicated process, but at the end they will give you a sticker that covers your factory ratings with a number they calculate is safe for the given vehicleReally? Well, dang. Thanks for the heads up! I feel I should have known that...maybe I did?
