Sorry about that, A couple of the guys with us had never been to a show anything like Pomona before. One of the guys is a sales rep who works on the road and hadn't seen the system in person until Friday setup at the show. Jeremy and myself were there and I wish we could have caught up with you. Jeremy was the engineer behind that setup and I did the first install, and 2nd and 3rd lol.

The big issue that we see in JT rear setup is the huge difference in length between the rear upper and lower arms. The massive length difference cause a ton of pinion angle change throughout suspension cycle and diminishes ride quality. Add to that the lateral movement of the axle from the track bar and the rear of a stock configuration JT just doesn't ride very well. The triangulated setup brings upper and lower arms within a 1/2" of each other and really, honestly, generates a fantastic ride. The bracket is currently being tested and will be publicly available very soon.
Thanks for the reply. I wish i could have met you at the show as i was very interested to find out more.

Are the Falcon shocks compatible with your JT Max Travel No Limits?
Thanks!
I haven't ridden on JT Falcon shocks yet so I can't speak to their ride quality, other than that there would be no issues.

Sorry I'm not very good with technical stuff. Is this the reason why people (including myself) experience the wanders on highways? Are you saying your product will not only eliminate this, but make the ride smoother?
Wandering is generally attributed to caster and tire inflation. JL's and JT's are on the edge of low caster from the factory and nearly always have over inflated tires when delivered. The other thing we are seeing is deflection in the factory track bar as it is thin walled tubing and has swaged ends, its physical construction is far from ideal.

Our systems eliminate that deflection and provides caster correction to take care of wander. The ride quality comes from properly tuned coils, shocks and good joints on control arms and track bars. The triple rate coils with a good shock will ride better than stock.

I agree I lowered the PSI on my tires to 37 and it's a night and day difference. But I still feel like there are more room for improvement.

I'm interested! So will this triangular setup be an added package to your lift kits? In the future I'm looking into lifting my truck and now based off your explanation I would also like to improve the ride quality as well.

Based on this info and the fact that the ProX system will provide better on and off road performance than the X Factor system, I'm going to hold off and wait for the Rock Crawler ProX system.

Meanwhile :time: I'm shock shopping

I noticed the ProX system on your web site, are these available?
We will start taking orders Monday 10/21. We are waiting on one injection molded product to complete the kit at the moment, we are being told it will ship out of Arizona tomorrow, so we should start shipping late next week.

Found it. But you have to look for it based on inches of lift (3" in this case):

Here's the JT 3.0 Inch Pro-X "No Limits" System without shocks:

It doesn't show Bump Stops which were, I understand, recommended on the X Factor suspension. I believe it's recommended for the Pro-X system (RK team can correct/confirm). Here it is:

Across the board, we do not include bumpstops on kits that do not include our shocks. We do this because not all shocks will have the same compressed dimensions and there is no "one size fits all" for bumpstops when dealing with the variability of shock compressed dimensions. We are happy to help you plan bumpstops based on the shocks you want to run, but not including them leads us to this conversation where we can make sure that what you get will meet your needs.

I do more desert than rock crawling this includes exploring and pre-running type of driving not racing speeds but spirited driving. My question, are your systems suited for my intentions? Thanks.

The Pro-X would line right up for you, not having the cross-talk of the track bars will make desert runs much more comfortable as the chassis isn't side shifting like it does in a conventional setup. The triple rate front coils and quad rate rears are great for high speed runs as they have a heavy bottom out section that helps to "catch" the vehicle on its way to a G-out situation. With some good quality shocks, you'll have a great time bombing across a desert.
