Edited to remove all the bad bits. They screwed up my order quite badly, but also were very good at fixing everything. No one is perfect, but how you fix your problems tells me a lot about a company.
Sounds like they send the wrong set, send them back and get the right set, reaching out by e-mail before a holiday weekend not surprising no reply yet. Not sure why you are calling everything garbage, they sent the wrong item by mistake and as long as it isn’t ruined trying to put it on , probably no problem. You could return them and get another brand if you want….jack
If they're wrong, don't try to install them anyway. Wait to get in touch with customer service. Otherwise you risk making them unreturnable/unexchangable.
The only time I'd advocate trying to make the wrong set work is if you've gone down all other avenues and are stuck with them. Until that point, keep them off the truck.
