It's less of an issue now because the sensor is available separately.
Well that’s good news. Sounds like I need to at the least pull it and check.

I have a TSB telling dealerships that the part is available, and I believe it has the part number on it, and saying don't replace the whole thing, etc.

Just pulled mine apart to do this and surprise, the design changed. Buttoned her back up and my Saturday is a bit freer now! Anybody need some potting compound? :like:

How much for the compound? I make replacement voltage regulator circuits for AMCs and need to pot them in the original Motorola aluminum regulator housing.

How much for the compound? I make replacement voltage regulator circuits for AMCs and need to pot them in the original Motorola aluminum regulator housing.
