Rugged Ridge Armis vs Bak Revolver X4s

I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a tonneau for my Gladiator that I am picking up from the dealer on Friday. I have it narrowed down to these two. The RR would cost $25 more and is ready to ship and the Bak is estimated at 4-6 weeks for shipping.

At initial glance, I think I like the Bak a little better, but sometimes it is hard to tell from the stock photos. Anyone have any opinions between these two?
