UPDATE: Recall 92A has a fix you can now schedule to repair the Gear Position Sensor recall

Do you know where that sensor is? Do they remove the trans to do that or is it on the shifter or?

Had an appointment at my dealership to address ESS light on my 2022 Mojave Gladiator this morning. It's a 6sp MT- and my reverse camera, reverse lights, and gear selection notifications don't work 30 seconds after start-up.

Recall 92A- is for an"improperly manufactured Gear Position Sensor/ All Gear Sensor(AGS)

The remedy for this condition is NOT currently available, it is estimated to be launched in 4Qtr 2023

Did the pull the trans for that, or is it attached to the shifter or?

Scheduled service for the recall and all they did was order the parts needed a I have to wait another 2 months for them to complete. Stated that it would take 3-5 hours to complete
Other than that nothing else was said.
