I’ve seen videos on removing battery neg cable from main battery. But if I’m correct the newer models have the thicker and thinner cable swapped locations? So the thinner on my 2021 with prod date of 12/20 has the thinner attached with the L bracket. And id rather not lose that bracket since I attach to that ground stud. I’m thinking when I go and actually remove the aux battery I’ll reconnect the cable at the main battery and just wrap up the one underneath. or did I altogether just remove the wrong cable 🫢
I did test and everything turns on fine and service start/stop is gone.
I’ll be picking up a new battery tomorrow or ordering from Amazon but I kind of want to deal with an actual box store for easier warranty issues. My gladiator is what four years old now and only has 17k miles on it. I didn’t drive it for three weeks and it was dead.
