Would be funny as hell if someone were to post a pic of a BRONCO decal on their hood, just to watch all these self-appointed Jeep Trim Level Police Captains,
go all Karen on the post and absolutely lose their minds!!! ? ??
Way to piss off the FORD people............ I can see THEIR thread now in the Bronco forum.........

It ain't the Ford people giving hand signs to perfect strangers driving other Fords. Just saying.

Just an observation here - looks like the Jeep people are needing a big weekend get-away to cut loose a bit. I see some indications of early partying.

Tell me you have Rubicon envy without telling me you have Rubicon envy.

Here, right here... I had a 2016 JKUHR, after two locker failures and sway bar disconnect that collects water driving down the interstate and fails... I decided I’d like to have the Max Tow ( just sayin’) sticker and put better lockers, better swaybar DC and since I would change axles and gearing anyway... what’s the point of the Rubicon?

So no I don’t have envy, I have empathy for all the parts you will toss if you actually ever take yours... “rock crawling”. Even if you ever take yours off road? ?

Yeah, I do not have Rubicon envy, rather a strict budget manager (wife). My Rubicon suspension cost a whopping $100 (shocks and springs), Daystar 1.5in level lift was $100, the sliders were $100, and I bought the Mojave wheels from a friend for $200.

I would love to have had the cash to go with a full RK lift with 37's, regear/lockers, bumpers, etc... This is also another reason I did not start with a Rubicon, as I would have been removing all the things that make it a rubicon... why pay twice?

Right - my Overland has done everything I have asked it to do and could likely do things I have not yet asked it to do. It's towed, it's hauled, it's gone through blizzard snows, it's taken us across several states more than once, around in the mountains, through torrential rains and it's made a lot of other people talk and ask questions (and it's likely sold a couple more JTs in the process)

No worries grumpy pants, I’m headed to the mall shortly.

“Grumpy pants” well that is original Grandpa. Rubicon’s are for soccer Moms that like the pretty sticker or for those that can’t turn a wrench.

Sounds like somebody is suffering from a serious napoleon complex. You seriously have no idea who I am and what I can or cannot do. I appreciate you trying to defend your ego, however your arguments are weak and have no substance. You choose to attack me on a personal level, but you know nothing about me. I, however am just pointing out that, if you lie, and someone calls you out, you should be able to own the lie. You my friend, are not that person.
G-D bless you and I hope you someday find joy in life.

see you at the mall!

I think maybe we are straying from the point. This was originally started based on the observation that someone stuck a rubicon sticker on a Jeep that was , in fact not a rubicon. What can be modded out of a particular trim model is not the topic. Nobody is claiming it’s not a solid platform. Just saying, if you don’t have a rubicon and it’s obvious, and you put a rubicon sticker on it, your only fooling yourself. When someone says, “ hey dude, that ain’t no Rubicon” you should be able to say, “ yeah, I wish” and be honest not, f$&@ you for pointing it out. Seriously I can’t believe people would ever defend someone who’s being disingenuous.
