Nine pages of answers in 1 day. Yowza. OP, hopefully you have your answer otherwise you may need to fukc it and go Prius. Ha.
Lol! The information and kindness has been amazing on this forum. I’m waiting to locate a Mojave. Once i drive one, I should have my decision. With these gas prices though…

The Fishbone FB22178 winch ready front stubby bumper fit fine on my Mojave with no modifications to the skid plate and it accepts the fog lights as well. I'm heading out to Harbor Freight to get one of those Badland 1200lb winches this weekend.

Keep in mind you have 90 days to price match the bumper at HF. They generally drop to 400 around the holidays.

Well you seem to have limited your decision on one of two choices when there are others. Looking at your home location….how about the upcoming Texas Trail edition?
You mentioned fuel mileage, the TT has 3:73s as opposed to 4:10s
As mentioned any model will tow your trailer, so get a nicely equipped Texas Trail and have some coin left for a bit of personalization items.
My 2 cents.

Thanks for your input! Yeah, I thought about Texas Trail among the Sport S w/Max tow among others, but the limiting factor on those trims is that lack of the rear locker. I've needed to engage mine on my current truck several times, so it wouldn't make sense for me to go from having one to not having one with the Gladiator.

For my own validation purposes, I am going to have to say Rubicon.

IMHO, the Rubicon, better to have the lockers and not need them then to need them and not have them. I vacillated for 6 months before I finally decided on the Ruby
“Vacillated”, now there is a word not heard on the trail often.😂

Does anyone know which invoice pricing dealers are using for in-transit 2021 models? From what I can tell on the MSRP, they’re using 2022 MY pricing for 2021’s. Anyone have any insight?

The Mojave vs Rubicon question always makes me scratch my head.

"Ive done all my research and I definitely need a Rubicon or a Mojave for the hard GNAR I hit when I'm OFFROADING to the mall"

If you're actually doing the things you're say you're doing and you really need those extra things that the packages offer then why do you need help deciding?

How the hell are we supposed to know where you're gonna go?

Bro do you climb rocks and ride forest roads slowly or do you rip through the desert and go dune bombing quickly?

Its literally that simple.
