Slight pull to the right...can't figure it out.

I also had a pull to the right after the Mopar lift and 37s. The steering box TSB fixed it for me.

Mine is pulling once I put 35s on sport s with rubicon stock lift.

Anyone ever figure this out? Just got mine back from the dealer for the 3rd time, this time they did the steering gear replacement. I will say the steering doesn’t feel as loose but the constant pull to the right is still there.

Update. 4th time to the dealer> told them it is still pulling to the right (they blamed the crowning of the road) and I showed them that my right front tire is starting to feather on the inner tread @3,400 miles on the odometer. Left it with them, they did an alignment (4th time) and cross rotated the tires. After getting it back still pulls to the right. Currently have a case started with FCA. My JT is a stock/max tow/sport 2020.

I had a very slight pull to the right........ i rotated my tires in an X-cross pattern,
now i got a slight pull to the LEFT!!!
Oh well...... not going to lose any sleep over it.

Post pics of the feathering and your alignment sheet. Something bad enough to feather the inner tread should show in the alignment numbers, or id think so at least.

If they didnt give it to you; take it to a local tireshop and ask for an alignment check and they should give you a sheet. You’re at the point where it’s time for another set of eyes outside the dealer.

1- inner tread feather makes me suspect your toe is incorrect. Feel the tread bars. If the feathering is inside, its too much toe in. If feathering is on the outside, its too much toe out.

2- caster or camber could be affecting toe and/or the feathering. to know if the problem is with the alignment, or possibly the axle or joint or steering knuckle, we need to see the alignment numbers

3- independently lift each front corner and check for play in whee bearings etc. inspect the joint on the tie rod and ball joints to ensure they arent flexing or allowing flex/play/shimmy

yeah they didn’t give me the alignment sheet. I was more focused on getting the history of each visit the last time I picked it up. I think it’s shady how they worded their fix. They mentioned sensitive to road crown, adj alignment, cross-rotated the the tires but nothing about the feathered inner part of the RF tire. I bought some Mojave take offs (rims/tires) but I have been waiting to swap them out (and do an alignment elsewhere) just because I wanted a proper steering jeep before hand. If I take them off later I’ll post a photo of the feathered tire. At 3,400 miles it’s very noticeable when running your hand across it.

I’ve been taking it to a dealership in Surprise, AZ because it’s closer to my house. I went ahead and call the dealer in Mesa, AZ (where I bought it) and he said I should call FCA and start a case.

Have the exact same issue. New steering gear and drift to of the right. Almost more the faster you go. Checked alignment 3 times. Pulled stabilizer Rotated tires etc. all same. Now thinking of just going PSC and being done. Would love to find the issue and correct.

I'm in the same boat as you. Nothing can fix it. It's been in the shop a half dozen times, TSB didn't fix the issue, replaced steering stabilizer, went through the whole lift/suspension/steering, tire rotation, etc. It's the perfect vehicle now except for the pull. And JeepCares just keeps asking to help me set up another appointment at the same dealer who can't fix the issue but says every time they fixed it!

Definitely not the roads. I've tested on perfectly paved flat roads...left lane, middle lane & right lanes.

To do a reliable test, you will need to drive on the opposite lane, head on to traffic. Then only will the crown then pull left.

So if you can drive it with out pulling in a big parking lot, and it does on road, then it is crown. The crown in a road is almost always present, that's way rain goes to shoulder. I guess someone could adjust their steering for it. Then it will pull to side slightly when on perfectly flat ground.

Do you have spring bow? I just replaced my lower spring pad with the corrections pads and now my truck drives straight, no pull at all and no spring bow...
