The parts cost for mine, with covers, was $1200. Add in labor at 5-6 hours per axle will get you around $2200 and above. For those that are paying ~$1600, I highly doubt they are getting master kits with new bearings, etc.

I could have got it at $2200 but That was not using Dana Spicer.... so, $2400 and it’s going to take a couple days.

Drop it off tomorrow pick it up whenever they call. The shop is about 2.5/3hrs away.

From 373 to 411? Worth the expense for 1 step? I would have gone to 456 to feel good about the expense but that’s just me. Adding a locker or 2? How much in labor is your shop hitting you for?
This was going to be my point. For 4.11 you could find takeoff Rubicon axles and do a full swap which is a lot more straightforward and it'll have e lockers.
