Well it's going back in. Last time it was 22 days at the dealer.

P0300 after 1300 miles dealer replaced batteries
P0300 continued, replaced more batteries, replaced rockers, lifters one at a time, cam was replaced. Finally engine replaced
transmission leak- repaired
transmission leak #2 repaired

Current situation
Bad ticking once again from a motor that has 15K miles
transmission leak #3

Called @JeepCares opened another case but I am 2 weeks in to it and 2 representatives still no rental confirmed.

One big Joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lemon Law should be able to kick in no?

I feel your pain OP. Bought Japanese vehicles my whole life new and used and never once had anything come outside of regular maintenance. Always wanted a jeep and finally pulled the trigger and ordered a 2023 JT. I’m at 700 miles and out of 35 days I’ve owned 30 of those have already been at the shop because the front axle broke on the drive home from the dealer. In the last couple of days I put on 200 miles after all the internal components (axles, differential, etc) were swapped and it’s already making the same grinding noise again. The transmission now is hesitating in 3rd and slamming into 4th as well which just came up at 700 miles. Feels like it wants to stall anytime in 3rd. Wish I was one of the trouble free owners since I love the truck but mine is a total turd. In-laws also have a 2023 that out of 3 months of ownership has spent 2.5 months at the dealer and they’re even having a FCA rep computer and look at it because they can’t fix it. In my case calling @JeepCares was completely useless, they did nothing to help and I had to keep calling back because they kept forgetting to even assign a rep to my case. As much as I love this truck, I love having a functioning vehicle more. Going to just go trade it for another Toyota and enjoy many years of trouble free ownership and decent customer service.
Ask to be stepped up to coustomer retention…. They have been more help than the Jeep cares people…

My Jeep was approved for a buy back and corporate was easy to work with in my situation. I didn’t read all the pages to know if you’ve found help but message me and I’ll give you the contact info I have who helped me.

I don't know where in Florida, but it really doesn't matter.
We all have those neighborhoods where you wouldn't dare to leave a vehicle parked, unlocked, unattended, and happen to forget the key fob was in the console and not in your pocket.

With his luck, the thieves would notice the issues and ditch it under a bridge. Mike and the boys will use it as a soup kitchen for a few nights before the police find it. Then he gets his broken Jeep back smelling like a soup Kitchen.

I was dealing with Jeep “customer service “ and asked if there was someone I could escalate to. The response was “no” followed a few minutes later by “I could request a manager call.” Yes… that would be escalation. After three days I got an email stating she decided it wasn’t worth a manger call. I am now confident any escalation counts against their bonuses, so they lie to you about it.

While waiting for delivery of my new, non Jeep (sorry-I can’t keep dealing with this) vehicle, my 7k mile replace transmission died. The sign on the side of the road next to it says it all. This will be the last sight I have if this vehicle, I hope.

The dealer is now not responding to any messages regarding it. I would call Jeep corporate or @JeepCares, but I know they don’t care. I have the hats, the socks, the shirts, the Christmas ornament, the garage Devore, and the Matchbox cars. What I don’t have anymore is any love lost for Jeep.
