Does anyone have an issue with speakers rattling and static. With my volume in the 20s I can her the speaker rattling. Is this common? Is there a quick fix? I’m rock a base model but damn for 40k I would have expected decent speakers.

A couple months after I got mine I had the soundbar rattling, I took the cover off and it was a screw that came loose and was stuck to the speaker magnet, I put blue lock tite on and reinstalled, no more rattling.

My volume never goes above 16, rarely over 12. I have the Alpine Premium Audio, and no issues with the system.

There's a lot to read in this section.

i guess i just hate my eardrums more than you. my alpine system goes to 38 most times the doors are off and the sunrider is open. usually stay in the high 20s with the doors on and sunrider open, high teens/low 20s with everything close up

My ears are trashed from high school days of shooting guns and listening to loud music so now I need the music to be loud.

Any tips for disassembly? I've been wanting to take mine apart to chase a rattle but it felt like i was going to break it.

I had rattling in the soundbar. Turned out to be the glue used to hold the tension clips into the cover was weak, it broke loose. I pulled the cover off and loaded them all up with e6000 glue(it remains flexible when dry, like a hard rubber) not a peep from the bar anymore.
I have the alpine system and commonly roll down the windows and play it on max

Thank you! I’ll give that a shot
