Just an update. I'm told it was a wheel weight rubbing the caliper. I'll post back once I've driven for a bit with an update for anyone else encountering this issue.

GREIGERS JEEP VALPARAISO INDIANA
Any chance you can tell me which dealer resolved this for you? Maybe I can get mine to call. Dealer has had it 3 separate times for more than a week each time. I got a loaner but I want mine back. Frustrating.
Be interesting to see if that's it, but I'm not convinced. Mine does it only the first few hundred feet of driving. If it was a wheel weight, I would expect it to contact all the time and always make the noise.Just an update. I'm told it was a wheel weight rubbing the caliper. You were correct. Still dealing with it. I finally gave up on the dealership and gave it to a real mechanic to find. The real mechanic still can't find it after a week. Total pain in the ass. Jeep/Mopar couldn't give a shit. I have an open ticket for this and replacing the shocks which are also an issue. They are claiming some sort of supply issue. Originally took to them Jan 3 of this year. They have no ETA on the shocks and dealership just seems to keep it for a while when it comes to the squeaks. Then they claim they fixed and then pray it doesn't do it until I'm out the door. I couldn't be more frustrated with it. It looks great, sounds like a total POS between the squeaks and the shocks clanking.Be interesting to see if that's it, but I'm not convinced. Mine does it only the first few hundred feet of driving. Thanks for sharing this, I will have to pull mine apart and take a look. The brakes are starting to get lower, so maybe it’s time to go ahead and put new pads and clips on anyway.Solved! On my end. (2021 4xE. ) 30k miles
exact same issue as originally posted. Only happen after sitting over a period of time.
took it to the dealer they had it 6 weeks, initial diagnosis was build up of break dust on front pads. (I told them several times the noise was from the back)picked vehicle up after 6 weeks. Noise was immediate and we ended up leaving it at the dealership for another 1 week. Second Diagnosis was “glazed” front pads (again ignoring the rear) Although the brakes are hardly ever touched because of the regenerative system is used 99.9% of the time and i cannot recall a moment we have been hard on the brakes for any reason. Furthermore, no noise was created from ever hitting the brakes and the brakes stop the vehicle easy and without excessive force. We were quoted $1200 for front brakes and rotor’s because of “glazing”. We decided to decline and take the Jeep back home since their diagnosis was not adding up.
I am a Independent mechanic who works on all manufactures all years blah blah blah. So naturally I finally and no longer worried about their warranty decided to investigate myself.
NOW FOR THE SOLUTION.
SEE PICS ATTACHED
Rear Brake Pad “retainer” or “Shims” What ever you decide the call them, were broken identical on Driver and Passenger rear. Causing the inner pads to not retract “flush” from the Rotor.
The broken piece of the “spring” portion is retained under the pad until physically removed.
Also, rear brake area was never looked at by the dealer, visible evidence showed they never even took the wheels off the back.

Thanks for this. Did you end up taking it back to the dealership to replace that part under warranty?Solved! On my end. (2021 4xE. ) 30k miles

That's ultra lazy and disappointing on their part. Jeeps don't "just make noises". Thye only do it when something isn't correct. And then went through the whole "it's a jeep thing, Jeeps just make noises sometimes."
I was looking for this thread to post the exact same thing. Had the squeak, changed the pads and found the clips broken. Now with new pads/clips no more squeak.Solved! On my end. (2021 4xE. ) 30k miles

Mine is out of synch a bit as well, it's either the trim or the bed is out of alignment a smidge. The latter should be fixable (by the dealer, not your problem).Mine is squeaking too. I found the rubber piece between the cab and bed was uneven on both sides. One had a large gap, whereas the other was touching. Still trying to get the dealer to repair and it been 2 months so far. Could be off base here, but worth checking.
