I am intrigued, I have basically the same setup as you: full set of MC CA's, Synergy Track Bar brace and Relocation bracket, MC HD steering components w/ flipped drag link, 4.5" coils (mine are Evo, I think yours are Rock Krawler). I have had a pull to the right for as long as I can remember...I initially put the 3.5" Skyjacker lift at 700 miles and now have 48k. I have been battling intermittent DW since ~15k. I have upgraded everything through my troubleshooting efforts and still the pull to the right. I just did the drag link flip and it really helped with the bump steer which was a catalyst for the DW - now my damn ball joints have finally died...but the pull to the right is still there. I've never tried letting go if the steering wheel to see if it reaches a happy spot and stops turning. I always wrote it off to some suspension component causing the pull which was then causing the wheel to turn. I will try to find somewhere that I can test it and see if the steering wheel will stop turning and just track right.

See, I’m convinced it’s a software issue. Both of our rigs have quality parts and seem to be set up properly. I have both axles aligned using the cross laser method. They’re within 1/8 of an inch in all aspects (closest you can get with the joints on my arms). There’s really no other explanation…

Did you ever get this figured out? I have a friend with the same issue.

Does it drive straight with the steering wheel in this ☝ position? You probably need to adjust your drag link to re-center your steering wheel. Is it the Evo 4.5" coils?
thats what mine did. dealer charged me 225 buck to "align" it. came back just like that.

I have a suggestion. I installed Mopar extended LCAs. It had a pull so i took it to the dealership and thier alignment was all F'd up. I aligned it myself to where straight steering was straight. But ya let go and it pulled just like yours. and the rotations were off. turns out there was enough slack in the mounting holes for the LCAs that one side sat middling and the other side edge of bolt hole to edge of bolt hole. effectively making one side about 3/8 longer than the other. This was enough to fool the dealership tech into fucking around trying to fix cross caster. but cross caster is welded in on a solid axle so he was adjusting toe and drag all out of wack chasing an imaginary problem. this also meant the truck had a pull to the left as the literal axle was now pointed that direction. and my drag adjustments just made centering the wheel as counter steer for my "minor" crab walk. Cus of the design of the knuckle mounts, the axle wants to return to its center based off of the toe alignment. But due to the axle being attached to the truck off center, the drag was adjusted out to the point equal rotations were no longer possible. Took me awhile to figure out. When I notice my arms weren't mounted in their perches equally. I loosened them and the rachet strapped the axle on one side till both arms matched equal in their mounting points. Then tightened. And surprise surprise my wheel was now shoved to far to the opposite side because the the issue was corrected. I then adjusted the drag back to center and the vehicle tracks true with no input.

Update:

This is not an alignment issue. Alignment is perfect, sitting on turn plates truck not running tires are straight. You start the truck the steering will turn to about the 11 o clock position with no input.

My friend does have a Tazer installed. We just uninstalled it and the issue went away. He is going to update the Tazer and reinstall and see if the issue comes back. Looks like it is software related.

Would love to see the stats from JSCAN or AlfaOBD as far as what the system reports the steering wheel angle is in degrees.

I mean I love mine. But that's totally fair. I build my PCs tho. So dealing with a Tazer is a piece of cake in my case.

I have a Tazer in my personal truck with no issues. I have seen other reported issues with Tazers also. It is essentially a hacking device. Sometimes other issues pop up.

Seems like problem after problem caused by modifications. I'm never modifying my truck.

....wait no, that sounds absolutely silly. We all choose our adventure, and a Tazer is a mod like any other. And it's actually pretty darn good if you ask me.

You just hear about the issues because #1 they get brought up and addressed in firmware updates and #2 it's a very popular mod so there's a larger pool of responses.

Its not so much as physical mods im opposed to. Its messing with the onboard computer and getting weird side effects like this auto steering to the left.
