Initially I thought maybe this was because I had my Tazer MINI installed that my STINGER RADIO would put this message up when looking at the gauges. But I removed it for dealer service for what I thought was a rough idle and they said a emissions software update should take care of it because it was missing from my 2020 Gladiator, 33k miles. I've gotten it back and doesn't seem that it made a difference to the rough idle but I've not reinstalled my Tazer MINI and basically seems to me if I drive for about 5 minutes without using the brake the gauges will all start working but as soon as I hit the brakes everything on PRESET2 page goes to "NA"(and the "battery voltage" on PRESET1 page). All values come back if I don't use the brakes for around 5mins but that's what seems to trigger the message.

The only other after market thing I can think of that I have on here is the VIPER DS4 Remote Start and alarm system.

Anyone know why or how to get rid of the message from reoccurring?

One suggestion that I can offer is for you to check the canbus star connector behind the glove compartment. Check for damaged wires, damaged connector, or disconnected wires.

I checked all green and white connectors but what do you mean by "star" connector?

It's the CANBUS connectors. You checked them. Green and white. No loose connections or odd color like burn marks or anything?

I didnt see anything burnt but didnt unplug any of them just made sure they were seated. You think having the REDARC Tow brake controller plugged into the factory harness has anything to do with it only because its the brakes that triggers this message and stops all readings. Readings only come back if i sit for a few minutes in PARK or when on the freeway not using brakes for a few minutes.

Ok. The only reason I suggested the CANBUS connector is because a lot of components connect to the CANBUS to share date and I thought there may be a bad connection causing an issue.

But as far as the REDARC, It could be. Maybe your REDARC is defective or has an issue. The only other suggestion I can offer is to disconnect it and see what happens. Or maybe (hopefully not), your Stinger has an issue. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves when dealing with electronics that things can and will go wrong at any time. Nothing is error proof.

So yea, you might have to do a process of elimination at this point. Sorry, I couldn't be more help.
