looks like a black overland hardtop. F to the owner, that will not be sold as new. Damage from hitting a bridge there probably affects the roll cage so that's a damaged-in-transit auction special. Someone will buy that truck for cheap, fix it up a little, and ship it to a country that doesn't track salvage titles.
