After playing with the idea of the leaving PCM on top of the fuse box lid, I realize there things get pretty hot and likely need a good air flow.
I just got my 2nd and last free oil change from Jeep and I don't see myself taking the Jeep in for any repair in the foreseeable future.
So decided to pull the old PCM but I see this is more work than I initially thought.
I figured that I would ask how y'all manage to pull the old PCM out? I tried pulling the entire PCM and Bracket assembly by removing 3 bolts with fender washers located on the fender, and two between the bracket and the battery, it feels still so solidly planted. As far as I can tell I got the two wire bundles off of the bracket toward engine side.
Any tips?
