That is yet to be determined........ it's not turned on and adjusted yet.

So far, what I've gained from the surgeries are:
*Chronic, 2/47 headache and right side of face numbness.
*Inability to sleep on my right side due to the battery pack/generator planted by the collar bone being so large and pressing against bone and skin when laying on side. It forces it outward against the bone and stretches the skin out.
*Difficulty sleeping on left side as my arm coming down presses on the battery pack/generator under the skin

The latter two being an issue because I'm very much a side sleeper.
The first item - the doctor said "well the pain killers will help with that' and no, nothing at all helps, even the massive doses of acetaminophen and ibuprofen given. Even when I was on oxycodone, it wasn't helping.

So the next few weeks will be interesting - did I trade one thing for a life of other things (headaches and inability to sleep) or will there be eventual solutions to those two things.

Hopefully they get that fired up and get you connected to the bore collective you will be able to rest better.
When my father in law had a large mole removed from his shoulder the took out the lymph node in his arm put and the skin also and yanked it all back over the cut out place which was sizeable his skin was stretch so tight he could lift his left arm but over time it stretched out . Took months though . He found sleeping in his recliner did the trick.
FYI : watch the Golfing channel works for me every time.

That sucks, but I think, and am hoping the after-surgery things will settle down, and this I sincerely hope greatly improves your quality of life.

It took the wifey a while to get comfortable with sleeping. She was in and out of her lazyboy for a while. Body build matters too. If you're built like a pencil. The controller will stick out more and be more of in the way, than someone with double D's. You don't want to move the controller around too much. Because it will make scare tissue. You have to let that area to heal up.

The wifey never had the headaches. Every once in a while. She will get a sharp pain that lasts only minutes. The headaches ain't right.

Just remember. It's a progressive disease. The controller is not a set and forget it. You will go in every once in a while for them to adjust it. Wifey just went in Monday for an adjustment.

Wow, you guys are troopers! Hang in there. Pain killers don’t work. They just make it so you don’t care that it hurts. God bless both of you and Rusty’s wifey too. I can’t remember who said it first but, if I’d have known old age was gonna be like this, I would have taken better care of myself when I was younger.

The feeling was just like a temple headache I've had in the past where the right side of my face felt numb and funny. It was from the point of him tightening that screw that it all started and hasn't ended.
He said that it would subside, and all 3 other points have really gone away as far as any pain, but that one is more of a headache type pain. It was a very different feel, like it had caught a nerve up there.

I have a dental appointment on next Monday. They always ask me if anything has changed. I want to see their faces when I tell them there's an Ace Hardware store in my head chest.

I think your scalp is just too tight. You need to buy some loosening cream. I think they sell it at cvs. Then you can really rock that loose skin look everyone’s after.
