Did a few trails today. Red cone, radical hill and deer creek. Awesome fun and a challenge with many 3 point turns on a lot of switch backs.

You gonna lift it at all? I feel like the JTs are so dialed that putting a substantial lift on it is going to cost me something in driveability/daily usage. Plus, you can get 37s on with just a leveling kit...

You gonna lift it at all? I feel like the JTs are so dialed that putting a substantial lift on it is going to cost me something in driveability/daily usage. Plus, you can get 37s on with just a leveling kit...
I have a spacer lift on it currently to run my 37’s. I am going with a true lift when Metalcloak gets theirs out, along with the rest of the steersmarts tie rod and drag link. I will be updating to high end ball joints and skid plates... honestly she drives just like stock right now with the spacers but with all the updates choices that I will be putting on... it will drive like a dream.

Man I got lucky, I found a guy selling 37 12.5 r17 bfg km2. Basically new with nubs but previously mounted on a rim to be used as a spare... I got it mounted up on my spare rim and she tucks away under the bed... barely.

Finally got all my parts together to get on board air for the queen. Now she can stretch her legs on the trail and then be all dainty like back on the road. My setup: arb twin compressor, DV8 engine mount bracket, Viair 18” braided airline, a cb mount I had laying around, and a coupler. Took a couple hours to do but fairly straightforward.

Ps... I might go get an arb rubber coupler... that way it doesn’t burn my hand with the all metal one.

Added some “side shooter” led pods I picked up off Amazon. The brackets are from rock hard. I painted the brackets black, hopefully it will stand up for awhile... I’m unsure about the light pods though... I might switch to a regular spot pod due to them being more flood than spot.

The queen wasn’t happy how she was skipping down the street. Too many times extending her legs out while out on the trail. Out with the old, in with the new, surgery was done to make sure she has enough room to shake her behind while out in the wild.
