Thinking of switching to 5w-30 oil on 22 Gladiator Mojave 3.6L, will it do better for motor?

It says suggested 0-20 what does that mean.

It means that Jeep recommends API-certified, MS-6395, SAE 0W-20 motor oil for a Gladiator equipped with the gasoline engine.

That is suggestive answer recommendations are open to discussion they should be more assertive look at GM just saying I am being argumentative just want clarification.
