Lots of full size truck people downsizing. Interesting.
I was torn at first, but using data on how often I ”needed” a full-size truck, and that the Gladiator is a Jeep with all the fun associations, it was an easy transition. When hauling four adults, I miss the inside room, but since the kids are all grown up and not with us constantly now, I don’t look back.

No regrets, especially every time the top is off and the sun is shining!

This was a day or two after I brought the new truck home. That was my previous 2016 JK on the left. I had bought it new as well. I sold it to a family member and he let me keep it to drive until the truck arrived. He came and picked it up a day or two after this.

I like the Harker EXO, how do you like it . Has it been a good product ?
I love the Harker Outdoors EDC. It sets up in seconds, almost a queen size mattress, and I like that the tent goes over the tailgate so you can stand up and get dressed. I also like that there is no trap door to crawl through. There customer support has also been outstanding.

For the last 35 years or so, I've traded off and into a new Chevy Silverado or Ford Lariat every 3 to 4 years. All nice trucks but it never occurred to me to take a picture of any of them just because they looked good. Next month the JT will be 2 years old and not counting this pic from today, I have over 200 pictures of the Jeep

Damn what color is this? Never seen it. Such a nice color.
Thank you. Nacho is what Jeep calls that.
As in Nacho Cheese Dip, not for the nickname for Ignacio.
Produced for only three months on the 2021s.
One of the rarer Jeep colors.
They made some JLs in that color in 2018 I think it was.
I had to go as far as Manheim PA to find one
with color matched top and fenders.
Craziest thing I've ever done,
but at age 76 it may be my last vehicle.
Decided to get the one I wanted.

It was a sad day sure. The truck was built, and awesome! Shackle flip and reversal, SD 250 springs so it had more give, and literally floated on the highway. Front and rear lockers, bulletproof racing transmission, banks exhaust brake, a mild tune and stage 2 injectors with a fully rebuilt engine. The buyers picked up a truck that cost more than double what they paid. But here's the thing. With my broken body I was getting to a point where I almost couldnt' even get into it. I had to actually carry a 3' step ladder with me. And changing tires was nearly impossible. I had a couple flats and barely got a spare on to get it to town. Not to mention it really did not like the cold, and there are only about 3 shops within 7 hours of me that I would trust to work on it. Parts were getting hard to find. The little things like a low vacuum switch were unobtanium, or a washer spray pump. There were alternatives, but I was getting tired of trying to figure it all out. it was in perfect condition when sold, but I knew that the next thing that did break was probably going to be difficult to find a replacement for. But still, I could hardly get into the truck - so it pretty much made it unusable for me - which is primarily why I only went with a 2.5" lift on the JT. I'll tell you though the width aside, that thing could go anywhere my JT can go.

Do you still have that LJR? Man I want one
True enough!! All good points!

Plus that handy dandy 8ft bed!

I miss that bed significantly. I’m a contractor so now I have to drag a tool trailer around to job sites.
I knew that going into it I guess.
That’s what I tell myself. Just pull a trailer. Problem solved.
