I'll take this into account. Currently running 35" Wildpeak ATs with no lift but I'm liking the sound of 37s when these wear out next spring.
I went with 35s, then a year later the aev lift on my Mojave. Wish I'd done the lift sooner. Then I wished I'd gone 37s. If you get off road at all the extra height of the lift is a must. And the 37s just look great on the gladiator, plus the extra clearance. I went with BFG 37s, they are lighter and a little smaller so a nice compromise. Waiting for my 35 falkens to wear out was killing me.
Good points, aqcjeepGlad. The main reason 37's are not high on the list is that I actually like the stock wheels and don't really want to upgrade those just to accommodate 37's. Did you have to upgrade your wheels to accommodate the BFG 37's (thinking about the extra width)? Give 37s a very hard look. Even trail recon ended up on 37s after he said 35s were plenty big enough.

I did upgrade the wheels when I put 35s on. I wanted a little more poke so went with +12 mm offset instead of the stock +37. I know many people on the forums will do larger tires and wider than 11.5 inches without going away from the stock wheels. Some tire places will do it some won't from what I read. I stayed with the 12.5 width when I went to 37s.
Here is the part number. I got a great deal on mine. Improved ride over stock and for what I do, running the beaches and sand trails in NW Florida star forests it’s fine for me. I don’t remember if it was this forum or the Wrangler forums but somebody put together a spreadsheet of the part numbers that made up the components of the kit, and you could part it out significantly cheaper however I put it on a week after I got the Jeep and sold the takeoff parts which helped defray the cost.
Good point however, correct me if I'm wrong. Wouldn't a re-gear also be necessary if going to 37's. Wellllll if you look at the charts on this forum, yes 4.10 gears are marginal for 37s. I don't notice a lot of difference but I live in flat land area. I have yet to get on the highway and check the rpm and speed to see what happened for sure. If you are not on 4.10s then you might have an issue even with 35s. Search the forum for regear info, but I think it's like $2500 to regear, but I know it varies.

I would agree that if one resides in Iowa, a re-gear may not be mandatory on 37's with 4:10's. There are instances that 35' X 11.5's on OEM wheels have very close weights in comparison to the factory 33" Falkens which can be installed. An example being Toyo 35 X 11.5's. I forgot that a $300+ Tazer may also be recommended in order to calibrate the speedo or a trip to the dealer for reprogramming which may be close to the cost of the Tazer itself w/o all the other nice programming goodies. This is a great topic and I am enjoying everyone's input.

Love those retro graphics. where did you get them?Mopar kit, no spacers. Here's the difference between 35's and 37's (if your interested).
Top pic with ATX's are 35's and bottom pic are BFG KO2's in 37's.
The Mopar kit will get you about 3 inches and some change on sport models. I was bummed when my 35's looked a little small, but I loved the tires and ran them for almost 5 years and 55K miles before getting the BFG's a few weeks ago.
ION Alloy 17x9 -12 offset. Surprisingly only a small amount of poke with -12s
