Back in February, I ordered “Jerry” and then anxiously called the dealer what felt like everyday, only to hear it was 100 miles away and waiting to be transported on a truck. It was only about 4 weeks total wait. Such a great vehicle. Lift kit, tires and wheels next!

Took delivery of my new '21 Rubicon over the weekend. Really enjoying my first Jeep so far, still need to talk to the local dealer on some scratches on the frame, some possible clear coat issues on the freedom top/rail and make sure the wavy doors near the hinges are normal (seems like the are according to the site here). Otherwise hoping to enjoy it this summer.

I have a spot like that on my brand new 2022 freedom top panel . Wavy door at hinges also. Probably going to put a sunrider so not going to worry about the tiny imperfection on top.

Part of me just wants to document it to the dealer incase it gets worse vs have them attempt to re-spray it. I always trust OEM/factory clear/paint over body shop.

I'd take a new freedom panel but I doubt FCA would go for it, it also might be sandable and just a quick few drops of clear and buffing. Thanks for the info!
