Tops! Canopy / covers / toppers / racks possibilities for Gladiator - Show me!

Great looking top! I was looking at an ARE, which are nice, but I think I like this Leer better. Seems to match the body lines better and the rear glass has some style cues from the Wrangler back glass.

The ARE doesn't seem to have a color/texture that matches the standard black hardtop (non paint color matched). This Leer looks like it matches very well.

Now if I could just find someone nearby so I could see one in person!

Honestly that is the main reason I got it. It looks like it could be factory. Very OEM looking.

I’ll try and get some pictures for you.
I won’t have any eight he factory top up close for a while as I have my soft top on now. But it is very close.

That's a HOBBS rack, but he added spacers that are designed to allow a tonneau cover to fit underneath. HOBBS makes their own spacers and they don't look like that.

I’m not sure I understand your question. You mean a bike in the bed with the tailgate down and the window closed ? Or just physically on the tail gate ?

I can actually with both of our bikes in the bed. Mine I remove the front wheel, and my GFs I can fit with the wheel turned and the tailgate and the window closed. I do plan to get a hitch mount so that it’l clears up the bed for me.

Thanks for answering my question. I just wanted to know if you could carry a bike inside. I was thinking one way to do it was to open the window and have the front wheel hanging over the tail gate but your way sounds better

I really like this fits a lot of option that I'm thinking of. I feel like my garage is going to just be Gladiator Accessories depending on what I'm about to do depends on how it will be outfitted.

The more I think about it the more I like it as a 2 section hardtop. I do agree with also wanting extra height for bicycles and cargo. I want the functionality of a utility truck without making it look like a work truck. Being able to carry full sheets of plywood on the roof or 12' lumber for projects. I would also like to make it like a roof top deck for camping or throwing a couple chairs up there. I also don't want an exoskeleton I want it to look sleek without bulky supports. I would want the supports to the inside of the cab this way they could be used to attach internal racks. I also like the idea that its open to the cabin so if I am traveling with my pets its fully accessible as cabin space and could be made for third row seating or troupe seating. I think with this design this hits all my requests. As a 2 piece the rear cab could be lifted off and a close out section could be made to easily bring it back to a pickup. The rack could be integrated as well into 3 pieces so the back half could come off and a close out section for the rack be integrated as well.

Is this jeep still avaiable.

Just Sayin-Love My RSI SmartCap altho the Dogs wish the side windows were Bigger so Both Heads would Fit. I am Still Pissed at JEEP For Not making the Rear Window Electric as I close it when Rainin and sittin But Dogs need it open so they can talk to Me!

12.5-35" a 37 might fit but 35 is great even with Smartcap

hey so there is a rubber seal and when you close the rear glass it seals against the tailgate. I’ll try to get better pictures.

Wow that top looks almost factory. Even the rear wing at the top resembles JL hardtops and the side window belt line matches well. It appears the texture even looks similar to the hard top. Nice. Cost?
