Another thought. Maybe my winch and bumper weight is helping even things out compared to your Overland.

When I tow my boat, I’ll often get flashed when coming home at night because of the weight of the trailer and the attitude of my Gladiator.

Wow, those Mojave springs must really soak up the bumps being so soft!

Have you seen my Overland? LOL - heavy steel bumper, 2" Curt receiver, 80 pounds worth of winch, 15 pounds or so of winch plate, and in the winter, a massive heavy snow plow mounting bar with side frame brackets where the brackets alone are about 5 pounds each, plus the mounting bar that's heavier than the 2" receiver - maybe another 20 pounds.
I had to change the front springs just to get it back up to stock height. All the weight dropped it about 1". The first pair of front springs brought it back to stock, but didn't handle the snow plow weight really well. The second pair of front springs brought it to 3/4- 1" over stock height up front and handle the snow plow weight fine.
It really does ride nice. Enough we use it as our daily driver and for most trips.
Overland rear springs, at least on the 2 I've owned, are soft. I've got pictures out there of how badly my 2020 sagged on the rear with some weight on the back. For my 2020, I put max tow springs under the rear. I lost about 1/8" in height unloaded but it didn't sag quite as bad loaded. The Overland springs are longer than other springs - they are so soft, such a low rate, they have to be longer or the truck would sit low.
They are longer than Rubicon springs and yet Rubicon springs lift my truck. That's how much rate difference there is.

How heavy is your boat and any idea on the tongue weight? I've got a JTM and I'm thinking about an RV. Love that decal!
