I have a 2021 Jeep gladiator on 35 x 12 1/2 x 17“ tires and 17 x 9“ fuel wheels model blitz. I have had a constant TPMS issue especially on the front left driver side reading this has been an ongoing issue. The dealer stated they replaced all four sensors and the TPMS module and is still not working properly. I contacted the wheel manufacturer and the tire manufacturer and they said that they have never heard of it and it’s not because of their product of the dealership says that is due to aftermarket wheels and tires which I am calling bullshit on because my friends have 40s and bead lockers

and 42s would be lockers and 37s on 22s and all of them have no issues with their TPMS sensors being read. I know I can disable them completely using my Flashpaq or Tazer JL mini. It just annoying. I was wondering if anybody’s had similar issues and if so, was there a remedy?

Has anyone looked at the receiver for that corner? If you move that tire to another corner, does the problem move, or does it stay at the driver's front?

The dealership said they tried that several times same results left corner. Again, Im gonna call bullshit on the dealer. Its sad that we don’t have confidence in the dealerships.

Then it's not a sensor issue, it's a problem with the receiver on that corner.

Being a '21 you're out of the bumper to bumper warranty, so why bother with a dealership?

Sounds like you’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue, especially when the dealership is pointing the finger at the aftermarket wheels and tires. Since they’ve replaced the sensors and module, it could be something else in the system, like an issue with the wiring, antenna, or a signal interference. The fact that your friends with 40s and beadlocks don’t have issues supports the idea that it’s not the wheels or tires causing the problem.
If you’re still under warranty, I’d suggest escalating the issue with the dealer or taking it to a different one for a second opinion. Sometimes the TPMS module itself might not be seated properly or there might be a compatibility issue with the specific model of wheels you have. You could also ask about checking the antenna or wiring for the sensor, as that’s another potential weak spot.

Last week I took my truck to the carwash to get some of the salt rinsed off. On the way home, the front left sensor died. I drove it for a week, and nothing changed. I moved the tire to the rear, and the problem moved to the rear. Since I have beadlocks, and I mounted my own tires, I decided to replace the sensor. I ordered an OEM sensor, part 68339096AB, from allmoparparts com, and it arrived today. I pulled the wheel, unbolted the beadlock, and opened the tire up and replaced the sensor. One mile down the road, and all is good. The $37 for the sensor was well worth not having to deal with the dealer.

It's magic. Thanks. I have a question? Tire size matter? I'm riding on 37s.
