Need factory Torque spec please………… Factory track bar bolt…….. 14 mm bolt, 18 mm head, 10.9 grade….. I know the TeraFlex black bolt says 200 pounds but how much is the factory galvanized 10.9 bolt that goes in this location? Thank you…………….. P.S. I already broke one. ( see picture #2 marked “this one”).

So, I mean, in theory you could convert it with a tedious amount of math, but in practice having done the stock bolt a twice and I actually just did a teraflex Falcon steering stabilizer today, it's probably in the ballpark of 230ish based on my calibrated arm.

I’m with you…….My wild guess would be 200ish. I broke that one at less than 190 lbs of torque. Reglued it for the picture. Was using a newer half-inch torque wrench, but I was doing short throws when it broke. Thinking of going to the hardware store tomorrow and getting a black metric bolt. Tomorrow I will remove my tire so I have more travel on my torque wrench when torquing it down. Not sure what went wrong……

Steer smarts says 130, I believe the Mopar lift says 110, it's definitely no where near 200 ftlbs. That I've seen.

110 ft-lbs. From the Mopar lift kit install instructions dated July 11, 2023:

Since you're already replacing it, a 9/16"×3" grade 8 bolt fits the track bar sleeve tighter than the metric one. Torqued to 115ftlbs and it's been perfect in both our JLUR and our JT mojave. Replaced bolts at both ends of the track bar while I was at it.

I went course thread, as that's what the local hardware store had in stock. Grade 8 washers and nylock grade 8 nuts. Should be plenty strong and stronger than factory thanks to the diameter increase.
