Kept the Fox bump stops and no, definitely not bottoming out as much as I used to with the Factory Mojave suspension.

I used the EVO 2.5” bump stop extensions front and rear and tested to make sure shocks aren’t over compressed. Seems like this springs/shock combo soaks up the bumps better and I have yet to make contact with bump stops while driving.
Thanks for the response. I really like the stance of your truck. I have the AEV kit but I’m entertaining the thought of a suspension lift. Your truck has me jealous lol.

I actually just did a 2.5" EVO lift with the black King 2.5 EVO-spec shocks over the holiday weekend. Previously I had installed the AEV 2 inch spacer lift and just wasn't happy running on preloaded springs.

I gained 2" in the front and 1.5" in the rear over the AEV 2" spacer lift so 4" in the front and 3.5" in the rear over stock.

I knew there would be a significant increase in height so I added Metalcloak front and rear track bars to recenter the axles and Clayton Offroad swaybar links (those things are kind of dinky and may upgrade to a heavier duty set in the future).

I love it. The springs are a little softer than the stock Mojave and the King Shocks seem to be badass. The ride is great. I have Cooper STT Pro's 315/70/17's and, although I think 37's would look good but I'm super happy with how it turned out.

Oh and if you zoom in on the front shocks you'll notice the reservoirs are held to the main shock with hose clamps. The folks at King forgot to send the mounting hardware and are overnighting them to me today. Desperate times call for interesting solutions.
Truck looks great! But now I'm looking at EVO lolol ..

I was going to do the AEV and went with TF level front and back instead. This may be my next move also..

I just ordered the AEV 2" kit and was seriously looking at 37s.........but yours on 35s has me thinking I should go with 35s and save some money.

It's going to be a daily drive / beach runner. The other perk to 35s over 37s is going to be less unsprung weight......the little 3.6 will be happier

If you want to go with 37s there are several ways to deal with unsprung weight...I was surprised how heavy and light some tire and wheel packages can be...

Just looking at tire prices......it's only like $100-150 more for 37s. And we all know once you buy and install, you wish you went bigger lol.

Coming from the world of everything is lowered and high powered; I just need to adjust to not having LS powered torque.

Maybe LS swap down the road lol.

So which did you choose? We appear to be like minded based on thread post and attention to detail to projects

I went 37s...I have a Clayton 3.5 ready for me to install but also have the 2.5 springs (not sure which will be installed). The main deciding factor for me was the tire I wanted, Mickey Thompson Baja AT was the tire of choice. I found a local deal for tires and wheels that had very little miles on them. This allowed me to get a decent deal on the tire I wanted, an extra set of wheels, and get them now. The cost of the entire set was just a bit higher than tires alone...With that in mind, 37s it was going to be

Cost analysis is one of my big factors. Might as well buy what I want up front instead of buying and selling later at a loss.

Thanks.......37s it is

Throw ball joints or ball joint deletes into that cost...I will most likely be doing mine when the regear occurs.

I think Im going to go 5.13 purely for higher altitude driving...I dont tow much but if I decide to get a small trailer I dont want to kick myself for going with 4.88. This motor runs better in the higher RPM, a couple hundred higher I think will actually help it run in a happier place.

Asking the voice in your head for expert advice. All the voices in my head had a staff meeting and said that when I lift. That I should go with 37's. Before they disposed of my body.

It’s the Rebel OffRoad XPLOR half rack. Heavy duty and uses all of the bed. Other than banging the crap out of my head a few times getting stuff in and out I absolutely love it.
