Have watched several YouTube videos on replacing the speakers in the dash and in the roof using Kicker Speakers that come with a crossover. Got the dashboard installed no issues.
The videos online show the before and after of the roof installation but not the actual installation and I'm fininding there is no extra room for the additional wiring and crossover. How are others doing this upgrade?

The Kicker 47KSC3504 as shown in multiple videos, the wiring 11" comes with a crossover, won't fit inside the speaker compartment.

Do you mind sharing on the speakers you used to replace the 3.5" speakers.

Can someone recommend a rear roll bar 3.5" speaker to replace factory speaker, plug and play?

I used the Kicker 43DSC3504 speakers in the soundbar. The terminals are in the right place for them to fit in the soundbar, and there was just enough room to use Metra adapters.
I haven’t found the need for any additional crossovers.
Now, there are better-sounding options, but these were one of the few speakers that fit without chopping up the soundbar, and they sound a whole lot better than the silly OEM 2” tweeters.

I installed 3.5" Infinity Reference REF-3032cfx speakers in the dash & sound bar. For the sound bar, I had to make new screw holes, but no big deal. I used Metra plug adapters to install them.

Was it a direct fit or did you have to do any modifications?
You have to remove the factory 3.5, the 4 inch, and the bass port, but they bolt right in with no modifications to the roll bar.

I have the factory Alpine premium so wasn’t sure if I had to do anything besides buy this and the subs for it to work?

Put them in my Gladiator and wife's Wrangler with no amp, sound good without it.
secondary amp to run these or just what’s included from factory?

Sorry for the late reply, but they were direct fit. As others mentioned you just take out the 2 speakers and the plastic tube. They include wire adapters and they just use spades to connect to the speakers. They have options for both the base and alpine audio systems. However you can buy the housing on its own for either system and source your own speakers (and tweeters for alpine) if you’d like. One thing I will note is that I did end up having to use the longer screws and washers they provide as the OEM screws were just slightly too short to catch.
