Hi everyone, Recently there were three Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that appears to address concerns similar to the symptoms that you are having with your vehicle. To ensure these TSBs apply, we would like to get you back into the dealer to have a qualified technician review the details of the TSB and the specifics of your vehicle. Once reviewed, the technician can then perform the repair procedure that best matches the symptoms and diagnosis of your vehicle.

08-017-21 for the MY18
08-016-21 for the MY19
08-015-21 for the MY20

I just got back from the dealership for the uconnect update. All total, it took about 2 hours, not too bad.
So far, zero flickers/glitches and the sound was consistent, no fades or pauses. Everything seems fixed as far as I can tell.

I just got back from the dealership for the uconnect update. All total, it took about 2 hours, not too bad.
So far, zero flickers/glitches and the sound was consistent, no fades or pauses. Everything seems fixed as far as I can tell.
Any noticeable difference in features or was this just a bug fix?

How did you find it?
1- Simultaneously press and hold hard buttons:
Driver Up Temp
Driver Down Temp until another screen comes up named Dealer Mode
Once in Dealer Mode:

2- Choose System Information

3-
Choose Radio Part Information to see software version and application version.

Here's my screenshot. Does this show that it's updated?

I took it back a second time and they told me that they did a "hard reset" twice and then could not replicate the issue from their apple phone. 15 minutes after leaving it started to flicker again for us on Android Auto.

We have another appointment Monday but they didn't seem hopeful.

The flicker is pretty annoying. I only notice it, when i am running carplay.

Im going to say no, for mine has not been updated, and my version #'s are the same as yours. The post of the update above shows the last two digits of each number sequence as 34/02/02.

Mine has been flickering for 20k miles now and I just accepted it as a glitch in the matrix. But since I have an appointment this coming friday for a sensor error that keeps popping up and making my check engine light come on "you cant use the remote start when on---pisses me off" , I may have them check it out then.



Funny....I feel like Norm on "Cheers".....everytime I walk in the Service Dept they all call my name.




Not good...

Update:
I haven’t had a flicker since I updated. Hopefully it gets worked out for those of you that still have the issue.
