Wonder if this is a physical build # Here is what is in my '25 Rubicon-X.
Both the original radio and the exchange radio are the same build number.
Makes me think this may not be software/firmware related.
Total WAG on my part.

Can confirm now it’s a not a physical build #. This is my screen before my OTA update tonight:

This is the screen after the update:

Different version now.

So far Uconnect seems to be back to working more smoothly and connecting to my phone instantly. 🤞🙏

Mine also updated OTA yesterday. Started when I’d stopped to fill up before dropping at the airport and said I shouldn’t drive until finished 🤣. So not on WiFi and must have been using data from my phone while attached with USB cable 🤷‍♂️

What did you do to get the updates to download? I am running FCA-MY24.U37.23-PROD and I am seeing carplay dropouts and hope the new version might fix that.

I turned off all the wifi updates and then it just appeared OTA to me when I pulled in to the driveway the other night.

Still working well so far.

Think I just found out why I got the OTA update last week! Sneaky!

Pretty sure my JT updated Friday night when I got home, so the 21st. It was to do with a safety notice.

At the next oil change service, think I'll ask the dealer to check for any open campaigns/software updates and take care of them.
Fortunate that the dealer here is pretty great to work with.

That was going to be my next step, but I guess the issue fixed itself for now.

Mine’s back at the stealership… they opened a “star case”, as they can’t seem to figure it out. This is the 2nd head unit, too, which was replaced a couple months ago. I’ll update when I hear more.

Exchange radio started doing the same "screen saver" glitch thing the original radio did. That didn't take long. :CWL:
"Come on aftermarket! Papa needs a new reason to smile!"

Would be pretty great if Pioneer or Alpine could come up with a replacement head unit. Maybe something with the ability to download Android/Apple apps, and a competent navigation setup. 🤩
Really liked the way the system worked in my '22 Chevy truck. That was super clean and reliable.

So, got mine back. After doing whatever protocol Stellantis issued the dealership, it’s been working normally. Crossing fingers!!!

Great news!
What is the build number now that you've got it back?
(Version Information>Build Number)
Will keep paws crossed this ends your issues. 🍻

Same build version as mine. Was hoping your "fix" would have been a newer version.
Will keep paws crossed they've got the issues resolved for you. 🍻
